Windy City Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf (WCRAD), a Chicagoland area non-profit, 501(c)3 organization, provides an voice to its members and provides for opportunities to network, defend Deaf and LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) rights, and advance the interests of Deaf LGBT citizens. The WCRAD promotes educational, economical and social welfare to and for its members.
